Circle of Trust

Time has been on mind.

Time is the one resource that we can never get back, every minute, every second that passes, is gone forever.  My team at work has been asked to return to the office for several weeks….

My daily commute ranges between 3-4 hours… The first week I was really upset, sitting in traffic with a negative attitude, thinking about quitting my job, frustrated with other drivers, cutting in and out trying to get ahead of the next driver so I could get home faster.

After the first week, I embraced the commute and changed my negative attitude.  I started making the best out of my commute, I started brushing up on my IT skills by listening to YouTube videos and tutorials on technology, I listened to audiobooks, I started calling friends and family whom I hadn’t spoken to in a while.  I stopped taking time for granted, shit, even today’s run club, we usually spend 10 minutes warming up and cooling down, I wanted to utilize every minute of the 45 minutes to do nothing but run.  Be intentional with your time because once it’s gone it’s lost forever.

Naked Man Moleskin

My first time on getting over 4.5 miles at a run club, will shot for 5 next week!
