Introduction
I often pick-up this Q when I am planning on going anyways and I see it open a few days before. I like using the track for the speed work I am doing for my half marathon training.
Warm-O-Rama
• Static stretching to loosen up
•½ to 2 mile warm-up run
The Thang
•1K repeats with 200m recovery jogs in between( 2.5 laps of run, .5 lap of walk)
•Gazelles knocked out 4 sets
•Clydesdales got 3 sets in(I got 4 sets 🙂
•Closed with light stretching to cool down
Circle of Trust
To be honest, I was still messed up from the charlie kirk shooting. I found out while teaching kindergarten and it has hit me more than it probably should. I reflected on a lot of the recent events and encouraged prayer which I lead.
Naked Man Moleskin
Running is good therapy. It worked well for me this day.
