Introduction

Beautiful morning!!!.   To be honest I had no plan to Q on 9/11.  I received a message from Picasso who was offering up his Q after he realized it was my manniversary.  Wow!  I felt like it was a no brainer to take up his offer especially since he thought of me and that we don’t Q for ourselves, we Q for the men in attendance.

The Thang

The Thang – Pavement Grinder (with coupons)

Part 1 – 9/11 Tribute Ladder

   •   9 Coupon Curls

   •   11 Coupon Overhead Presses

   •   Run/fast mosey ~40 yards and back

   •   Add one round each time (total of 9 rounds)

👉 Symbolizing the repeated courage shown that day.

 

Part 2 – Partner “Twin Towers” (2 men, 2 numbers)

   •   Partner A: 9 Block Squats

   •   Partner B: 11 Block Swings

   •   Switch until each man completes 5 sets of each

👉 Strength in pairs — honoring both the fallen and the fellowship.

Used some additional time to have a couple of newer PAX lead us men in few exercises
