Introduction

Welcome to the mix around the AO.  There will be running, lifting, and partner work!

The Thang

Part 1 – 11s

Started with 10 thrusters on one side of the parking lot and then ran halfway to complete 1 big boy.  Each time decreasing thrusters and increasing big boys by one.  This took place until big boys hit 10 and thrusters hit 1.

 

Part 2 – Partner Circuit Around the AO

Around the AO I have five stations.  Each station had a variety of coupon work. Between each station was a Farmer’s Carry or Rifle Carry.

Station 1: 25 Curls

Station 2: 20 Coupon Squats

Station 3: 20 WWIIIs

Station 4: 25 Skull Crushers

Station 5: 10 Blockies

 

After completing the loop, the PAX set the coupons to the side and completed on hard lap around the AO.

Completed until 0600.

Circle of Trust

COT focused on getting uncomfortable.  This came from my reflection of almost getting to the mid point of my 75 days hard and reading the Book Can’t Hurt Me.  Sometimes the comfort in our life makes us soft, we are losing that mental toughness and need to bring it back.  When something goes wrong in life we cry about it until it is handed to us on a silver platter.  In order to get prepared the hardships in life, we need to get uncomfortable.
