Introduction

Join me at the Olympiad for a Friday Fun Run. This is perfect for all paces as we move together through the neighborhoods. Our goal will be negative splits, starting with a slower pace and gradually increasing throughout our run.

The Thang

Mosey 0.5 mile to the gas station.

3 miles left on this route. Increase your pace every mile. For example I’m starting at a 9:45 min/mile and aiming to increase my pace by 30 seconds each mile. Encouraging all PAX to partner up will help push the pace.
