Double 11’s:

Set up 4 stations on the path in front of the Pavillion. Start at Station 1 and do 10 Squrls (Squat/Curl) > run to Station 2 and do 1 Hand Release Merkin > run to Station 3 stop halfway and do 3 Burpees > continue running to Station 3 and do 10 Big Boys > run to Station 4 and do 1 4ct Mountain Climber > head towards Station 1 but stop halfway and do 3 Burpees > continue on until you finish both sets of 11’s.

Circle of Trust

I shared that my parents were celebrating their 50th Wedding Anniversary that upcoming weekend. And although they do not have a perfect marriage, they made the committment to stick out through thick and thin.
