Introduction
Summer is officially over as today is the first day of school! Time to bring out the Billy Madison inspired workout

The Thang
Ladder style workout out based on Billy Madison’s travel from K-12th grade. Each grade level had 12 reps and then after each exercise you did a run to half the lot and back. In order to move to the next grade you had to do all the work from the previous grades. Graduation earned you a victory lap after 5th grade, 8th grade and 12th grade however none of us graduated today.
Exercises were:
K- SSH- 4 count
1- Squats
2- OHP
3- Curls
4- Chest press
5- Skull crushers
6- Merkins
7- bent over rows
8- coupon swings
9- Monkey Humpers- 4 count
10- Lunges- 2 is 1
11- Burpees
12- Blockees
Circle of Trust
Talked about while most teachers and kids joke and dread going back to school, there is a small population of students that depend on school for two meals a day, adults who care and support them, and just a safe and caring environment. Breaks and days off are uncertain and scary for these students and many rely on our schools and educators for some of the things most kids and adults take for granted.
