Circle of Trust

The sand conjurs up memories and symbolism galore for me.  I wanted to talk about the adage of time flies, as my oldest is 11 this year and won’t have many more summers where a simple trip to the beach is as exciting for him, but what does that mean?  How do we take advantage of these times that we are in?  I come back to creating intentional memories – each of those events should have specific memories that not only our kids can remember, but that we can remember.  The other symbol that weighs heavy for me with sand is the discussion of foundations.  We have foundations in many different aspects of our life; our spiritual life, our work life, our relationships, etc.  I challenge us to reflect on the foundations of those important aspects this week and see where we have built upon sand that can errode quickly and where we have built upon bedrock — and how can we transition the foundations built on sand to bedrock.

Naked Man Moleskin

Great push by the PAX — thanks for being willing to get in the sand.. The OYO 11s don’t seem to inspire / motivate anyone and they tend to feel too drawn out – probably going to stay away from those.
