The Thang
Using the path that goes around the soccer fields. Starting at the corner closest to the playground. Perform 5 of each exercise.
Rifle carry the east/west paths
Farmer carry (alternating hands) the north/south
After 50 steps/paces stop and repeat the five exercises

Life is just like how the bootcamp was today, a grind. It represents how in life you have to keep grinding and pushing forward even through the hard times.

The average step is 2.5 feet and the loop around the fields is about 2500ft. One full lap, stopping every 50ft would equate to 20 stops, multiplied by 5 reps exercise per stop means one lap is 100 reps. Each PAX went more than one full lap.
