Introduction
Wanted to get the dice out again and try it a different way based on AAR from Homer last time. Another humid and high dew point morning, so I knew we would burn those calories.

The Thang
3 Dice. Blue -Where we go, a 6 was PAX choice on location and exercise. Then roll all 3 together for the total of reps for the Two exercises we do at our destination.
I forgot to take pics of the actual exercises.. but there were OHP, Curls, dips, step ups, skull crushers, ssh, WW1, LBC, Hammers…
Since we did more reps this time the miles were a little lighter, still got about a mile and half. Compared to 2.5 last time. Calories over 400 again.
Circle of Trust
Touched on previous weekend COT, ego and controlling attitude. Letting things slide. Don’t get drawn into drama and possible violence.
Naked Man Moleskin
Overall another good one, AAR to make the distances between stations a little further. Dauber after rolling a 6 doubled up on the distance of one of the stations and helped us end with a bunch of burpees of I recall correctly. Thanks for coming out, men!
