Introduction

Apparently today was my Negative first day, as I completely Butchered the crap out of my WOR.

Warm-O-Rama

Every minute counts in the gloom, so I wanted to go through the whole script while the men do some warm ups in Silent count. Problem was my brain had diarrhea, and I kept forgetting the whole damn thing, then forgetting where I left off, and which exercise I was on :DDD  A beautiful shit show, but it got done.

Warm Up 5 min- High Knees 7, Arm Circles 7, Good Mornings 7, Torso Twist 7, Inchworms to Merkin 7.

The Thang

4 Corner stations, as a team.

MOT – Riffle carries first loop, Farmer carries Second loop, Riffle carries third loop around.

Reps 25, then 20, then 15

Humidity levels – Way to freaking moist so naturally got nude (ish)

Station 1 – Coupon Irkins, Bent over Rows

Station 2 – Thrusters, Coupon Shrugs IC

Station 3 – Chest Press, Curls

Station 4 – Skull Crushers, Coupon Swings

10 Minute Marry ( Almost made it 3 full cycles) But lost some time trying to recruit a civilian.

Mountain climbers IC 20

Coupon Side Bend L&R 10 each

Leg Lift IC 20

American Hammers IC 20 ( 10 of them with coupon)

Plank Coupon pull throughs 20

Circle of Trust

Short and Sweet like me (per Algorithm) =D

When we do an exercise, and it’s easy, what’s the gain? Make it harder, challenge yourself and do the harder shit that doesn’t feel great. American hammers going nice and smooth? – Add a coupon and take it to the next level for example.

Sometimes I see guys cheating themselves, whether its the form, or increase in cadence speed, or stargazing. I catch myself doing that sometimes as well, and try to get back on track. We don’t wake up this early for the easy shit, so my main message is to push harder then yesterday, make it more challenging, and when you do want to stargaze – Instead do a little modification if you’re running out of juice at that moment, with a hold for example.

Obviously keep it safe, as you know your body best.

Naked Man Moleskin

I tend to be pretty hard on myself, as I’m my biggest critic. So when I butchered the living crap out of that WOR, I appreciated the men jumping in and leading some of the script for me. Next time, I’ll keep that part simpler rather than trying to silent count short WOR exercises in between, since my cadence and someone else’s differs in timing.

I appreciate the push all the men gave, as this wasn’t easy, and for Spikehorn challenging us to make some moments even harder by adding some blockies. I think that’s his fetish, and there were some groans from the PAX, so you know everyone had a great time.  Phoenix came on time, so that’s great that he’s trying.

Thank you Napster for having my six, and if I wouldn’t wreck that wor, you’d probably remember to do the SQ part as well =D
