The Thang

Everything OYO on the DMZ football field.  Cones set up for the suicides.  3 burpees after each day of Christmas exercise.  All while Christmas music is played.

 

1 – Suicide (15, 30, 45, and 60 Yards)

2 – Merkin Tower of Power (9 pushups each cycle.  2 coupon exercise)

3 – 30 Yard Bear Crawl (and back)

4 – Monkey Humpers (in cadence 4 counts)

5 – Curls (*3 = 15 reps)

6 – Thrusters

7 – Coupon Big Boys

8 – American Hammers (In Cadence)

9 – Lawn Mowers (each arm)

10 – Diamond Merkins

11 – WW3’s

12 – 120 Yard Bernie Sanders.  Jail Break back.  (End-zone backline to end-zone backline)

REPEAT.

Circle of Trust

It’s the season of giving.  It is better to give than receive.  To whom much is given; much is required.  What you put in to something is what you get out of it.

 

Whether at work, F3, home, with 2.0’s; M’s; other organizations; don’t just show up regularly and on time.  Get involved.  You will make a bigger difference and in return; you will benefit more personally in the long run as well.  Yes, it is more stress and work and time commitment; but it is well worth it.
