Introduction
Run Club for the dedicated between Thunderstorms.

The Thang
Originally scheduled to be a scout run using the path and neighborhoods for all paces; the 5 who showed up with the threat of thunderstorms are all gazelles of similar paces so we pivoted to an out and back as far down the path as we could get.
Ran down the lot to Theodore and went west to the path. Ran up the path past Caton Farm as a group of 5 and turned around at 5:40. Got back to the lot with a couple minutes to spare as we picked up the pace on the return route and circled the lot for a couple minutes until 6:00.
We stayed together the whole time with good mumbblechatter and got in ~4.5 miles after most did EC runs of 1.5-5 miles.
Circle of Trust
- For rain and the conviction to come out thinking it was going to be a thunderstorm during the beatdown (praise)
- Bob Villas clear mindset and getting after it lately and interviews/job opportunities (praise)
- Flood victims in the south
- Flo’s family
- Gopher’s daughter’s volleyball tryouts tomorrow for a good performance
Naked Man Moleskin
Most followed Bob Villa’s lead and had no shirts on today for the run.
This beatdown will be remembered by the “naked” Name-O-Rama where no PAX were wearing shirts and Site Q framed his camera on the N.O.R. video accordingly to not capture any shorts.
P.S. Cutler is a sweat MACHINE. Likely ranking 3rd in F3P’s “Top Sweater” Rankings…… I challenge any PAX not here today to name #1 & #2 in order.
