Ladder Murder Bunnies up the Hill – 20 Reps of each exercise followed by a 7 yard murder bunny up the hill (starting at the bottom). After the murder bunny you ran to the top of the hill then back down to the exercise zone, before heading back to your coupon to complete more murder bunnies.
Exercises – Coupon squats, curls, OHP, SSH, skull crushers, pickle pushers, arm circles, lunges, burpees, merkins.
