Introduction
For run clubs, we seldomly use the hill for training. This cool summer morning, we split into groups and did figure 8’s around the AO, climbing the hill during each loop.

Broga flow – daisy pickers, low lunge calf stretch R/L
High Knees
Butt Kickers
The Thang
Split into 2 groups randomly and headed off in opposite directions.
Goal-the most loops in 40 min or so without being late, or leaving anyone behind.
Loops alternated directions after the hill, turning right or left.
The hill was accessed using the paved path in the middle of the AO each time.
Circle of Trust
Have goals but don’t forget to celebrate what you’ve accomplished.
