Introduction
Hot and muggy! Did the 0.5 mi loop to set out some cones before the Dragon clan got after it at 455
Warm-O-Rama
we did 1.75 mile Indian run to start with four stops for 25 x 2 merkins and 35 x 2 American Hammers before starting with the regular BC at 515
The Thang
Two groups going around the loop in opposite directions. We started at the thruster station and then went in different directions. Stops were Pull-ups (5), bear crawl between cones, Smurf jacks (30), mountain climbers (30), thrusters (30). Each round everything decreased by 5 except pull-ups (by1). Ended with a plank of about 3.5min until 6.

brotherhood can mean many things. A solid description is this: A true brotherhood is not just a support group – it’s a place of refinement.
