Run to bridge.. stop and get in more body weight exercises.. run back using the same path with another stop at the split for some burpees, Merkins, etc return to pavilion for another round of dips and Urkens.
At the flags we scooped up the coupons and killed off some OHP, skull crushers, chest press, Blockees, and thrusters.
With about 4 mins to share, we MARY’d up with LBC, WW1, Freddie’s, American Hammers, and slow tempo pickle pushers.
Circle of Trust
I used this time to thank Cutler for stepping up and grabbing the SQ spot for Corner Kick, who had a family issue that needed his attention. Pointed this out to the PAX that this is what we are about. Covering and assisting eachother when we need help or are down. Be it SQ, moving, car trouble..
Naked Man Moleskin
Parade in Lockport, 25 Days of FNG challenge, Kankakee convergence..
Prayers to our troops, F3 and FiA families. Prayers to my father and mother in law.
