Introduction

A bunch of men did the Murph, a bunch of men have been doing hard yardwork, a bunch of men have been just hitting it hard. Decided to bring a casual ruck with some reps of PT at a couple quick stops.. One PAX didn’t quite like the reps of the squats..

The Thang

We rucked up and headed along the ball fields stopping at first pavilion for 30 dips and 20 urkens then cutting along the outfield fence to meet up with the paved trail heading to the bridge. At the bridge we held Wall sits while the FiA’s timing was right on to run across and bounce the bridge! We then continued to the split heading left to the loop, where deer were in the distance.. we conversed about that trail back there crossing over the tracks to meet up at El Coyote… We’ll have to check it out.

After that we head back towards base continuing on trail to the coffee pavilion where we stopped again, this time for 15 Urkens and 30 Ruck squats.

With about 6 minutes left, we returned to flags and did a simple aimless circle to get our full 2 miles in.. time for a quick Merkin ROF.

Naked Man Moleskin

No AAR was offered up. Afterwards we met up at Dunkin and it was stated that a simple ruck every now and then is a nice recovery tool. We discussed Kotter’s.. and encourage each to reach out.
