I was unsure what type of black diamond to lead but ended up going with one of my favorite burners.
it was an unseasonably chilly morning, but I knew we were gonna warm up quick.

Thang 1:
Champagne run – 3 second sprint with squats
Route is around the square around the soccer fields (see map)
Thang 2:
Using the same route as the champagne run, follow the path stopping at each station to complete the following exercises
Station 1 (coupon station):
20 Curls
15 Skull crushers (standing)
10 OHP
Station 2:
10 air squats
Station 3:
10 merkins
Station 4:
10 burpees
Repeat until 0555

Originally, I was gonna talk about controlling your mind and overcoming fears and stress, but then I woke up at 0444. With only a few minutes to get ready and a seven minute drive ahead of me I was especially happy that I had prepared all my gear the night before. Something I would not have done before F3 several years ago, would be to have all of my clothes laid out and gear set up to be fully prepared. there’s a big chapter Q source about preparedness, and I found that being prepared is one of the most helpful and important parts of my everyday life. Be prepared for something to go wrong at any moment, be prepared to react to obstacles and challenges that may pop up. Then when you sleep through two alarms and you are signed up to Q, you can make it in time to set up and lead a black diamond without skipping a beat.
