Introduction

With moving to Michigan soon I wanted to get on the Q sheet at least 1 more time as a farewell and to lead these men, I chose the colosseum as it is my most visited AO, and this beatdown being one of the more fun workouts I have led in the past.

Warm-O-Rama

Got warmed up with:

Motivators-6, Tappy Taps, Imperial Walkers, Arm Circles, Willie Mays hays

The Thang

Broken into 5 teams of 3 and 1 team of 4. All pax started in the parking lot at station #2 of 5 blockies. There were 9 other stations set up throughout the AO, the objective was to run to a station and do the exercises, there was a number on the back of the page, if you found Station #2 you did that exercise and that was your new fallback station, each group had to complete the stations in order from #1-#10. All pax just made it through the stations right before we circled up for Mary.

Circle of Trust

I wanted to give a heart felt THANK YOU to all of the Pax who made it out today, as well as all of the men in the region and Chaminwood, everyone I shared the gloom with, rucked with, or met throughout my time at F3P, THANK YOU. I’ve shared the story before in other COT’s about how I started with F3, it could not have come at a better time in my life, I was looking for something and needed more accountability with my exercise and I found the perfect thing or more so heard about the perfect thing, big thanks go out to Peashooter for talking loudly in his office to Juanita about a week before I first came out, I remember hearing him talk about this 5:15 workout with all of these weird named exercises and told him I wanted in, 280+ posts later it was one of the best decisions I’ve made and only wish more of my friends not in F3 would have come out to a workout.

I am an introverted person at my core, usually on the side in the gloom or 2nd/3rd F events, this group helped me come out of my shell a little, being a RDG captain, or always having someone there to call you out to a beatdown or other event, always someone to make you feel involved and for that I am greatly appreciative. This group gave me my life back, I had lost some weight around Covid, gained it all back and had become lazy and out of shape, with the hard work and push from other pax I feel I am in decent shape, running races, more energy for life. It has made me a better father, husband and son.

F3 Plainfield has a great thing going, great leadership and I know you will continue to grow and achieve great things for years to come, I hope to take some of what I have learned to my new SE Michigan region and help expand.

This is not goodbye, but more of a see you later, if there is something that will call me back its you guys. THANK YOU.

Naked Man Moleskin

I needed to do a better job with the numbers on the back of the workout pages, some PAX misread the number completed additional stations
