12 Dips on Curbs

12  Squats w/ Alternating Hip Swings (1 rep each side)

 

Center Station  

 

 

 

 

(using tables or walls)

12 Dips

12 Standing Hip Abductors (w/each leg)

 

  5 Merkins

15 Jump Rope

 

 

 

In the Center Station

#1 12 Coupon Curls

12 Leg Raises

#2 12 Dumbbell Curl to Press

12 Freddy Mercuries

#3 12 Overhead Press

12 American Hammers (1/2 rep each side)

#4 12 Reverse Flys

12 Pickle Pushers

 

  • Split into two groups. Half Start with #1 exercises and half start with #2 exercises.
  • Go to the side station and then do the next center exercises when you come back to the center.
  • Go to the next clockwise side station next.
  • Rinse and Repeat.

Circle of Trust

I talked about my journey over the last 5 years and how I first focused on accelerating my fitness, then my personal life and now I have been focused on my professional life.  Don’t become complacent and if you want something better or different then the only way to do that is by change and change is scary and uncomfortable.  I challenged the PAX to think about a dream in some area of their life and to figure out a plan and set a small goal to start working towards it now.
