Set up three cones – curbline on south side of lot, 1/3 across lot and 2/3 across lot
Middle station – 5 leg raises every time
Far station – 10 LBCs every time
Base station – Do 12 reps and then run doing middle /far and return – 4 rounds then move on to next exercise.

Talked about not becoming complacent in any area of our lives. The only way to have a different outcome is change. Change can be scary but it is necessary if we want a different outcome (examples: better job, better fitness, lose weight, healthier personal relationships, etc.).
