Circle of Trust
I based this on F3’s mission statement and one of our core principles – “led in a peer rotating fashion”. We have some newer PAX members so, I decided to have them lead an exercise out on the Ruck to start to get an idea of what it’s like to lead the PAX. They did a great job! This was how I started and worked my way to finally doing my VQ almost a year ago.
