4th 3 SLOW NEGATIVE AIR SQUATS

3 IMPERIAL WALKERS

Go from Start cone and do 5 of the two exercises at each cone up and back down the ladder(top , middle and bottom) and head back to pavilion.  Then move on to the next set of two exercises on the list.  Rinse and repeat.
