Introduction

The more burpees you do, the more you like them.

Warm-O-Rama

WARM-O-RAMA 515-520

  • Stretch – daisy picker, Worlds greatest
  • Squat stretch – high plank – low hold – high plank – squat stretch – recover.

The Thang

THANG 1 520-525 – •       World Of Burpees
Dauber burpees (clap and jump), 6 count burpee,  4 count burpee,  drop 4 count burpee
THANG 2 525-535 – Jump Rope
  • Tabata Jump Rope– 60-80-100 x in 30 seconds. (8 mins)
  • Partner (if needed) Burpees – 4-10 (wasn’t needed)
THANG 3 535-545 – PAVILION for something other than burpees
  • Navy seals (each knee)
  • Peebur
  • Irkin – jump squats
THANG 4 545-555 – burpees
  • Waterfall burpees (around the circle)
  • Relay burpee – (2 lines facing each other. Guy in back does a burpee and runs to front. Next guy starts his burpee as soon as the other guy is up and running.)
  • Relay peebur – (2 lines facing each other. Start in plank.. Guy in back does a merkin and runs to front plank. Next guy starts his merkin as soon as the other guy is up and running.) (didn’t do this one)
