QIC: Spit Valve
Introduction
After having completed my training and my 5 mile race over the weekend. My runner plan indicated that I wouldn’t be running until Saturday. Upon seeing this Q open I figured I’d grab it and do it as a recovery ruck.
Warm-O-Rama
For here we just did some basic warm-ups. It’s always funny to hear the noises people make every time you do good mornings so I wanted to do some dynamic work here so we made sure we worked the legs with some side straddle hops we did some hip openers. We of course, got our core and obliques working as well.
The Thang
This was a simple out and back we got about a mile plus out, turned and came back. Lots of good mumble chatter. Once we returned, we hit the pavilion where we did a number of stretches. We were able to use the table and stretch our calves and our hips and our quads and then finally we finished it off with my famous wall stretch, which allows gravity to do the work.
Circle of Trust
this circle of trust was about the timeline of your life and something I wanted everybody to think about if you think about the concept of the butterfly effect where one little decision leads to be leads to see leads to D and down the road, it could be a big event encourage PAC to think about some significant things in their life right now, and if there were small decisions that helped pave the way for those back in the past .
Naked Man Moleskin
so this was a queue that was open over the weekend and I grabbed it and one of the things that I’ve been doing is I’ve been trying to incorporate workouts that I need in terms of my own fitness and my own plan into the cues and then offering them when I’m going out and queuing. I think the other part is that I’m also preparing for Q versus Q so I wanna see what’s working what people respond to.
