Station 1 (by the pavilion):
20 of the following
Curls
Lawn mowers (10 each side)
Skull crushers
Pullovers

Leave coupons and run to

Station 2 (football fields)
20 grady corns
20 moroccan night club

Run to

Station 3 (near the base of the hill)
10 perfect merkins
10 jump squats

Sprint back to station 1

Repeat until 0555
