Introduction

29 PAX started their weekend with Nemo for his VQ on a cold Feb. morning.

Warm-O-Rama

  1. Good Mornings
  2. Motivators from 5
  3. Imperial Walkers
  4. Tie Fighters

The Thang

After Warm-O-Rama, PAX mosied cautiously from the lot to the field due to the icy conditions. For the next 35 minutes, PAX focused on a self-paced ladder style workout while listening to 80’s metal classics. PAX performed increasing reps of exercises at the end of the field, then ran to markers progressing further downfield to complete the ladder.

Exercises:

  1. Curls
  2. Squats
  3. OHP
  4. Lunge step (1 is 1)
  5. Skull Crushers
  6. Monkey Humpers
  7. Chest Press
  8. Big Boys
  9. Repeat from beginning when finished

Rep Progression:

  • Do 10 reps – run to first light and back
  • 15 reps – run to second light and back
  • 20 reps – run to third light and back
  • 25 reps – run to fourth light and back

At about 0555 PAX circled up in the field for mary. Nemo led mary exercises in cadence:

  1. LBCs
  2. Leg Raises
  3. Heel Taps
  4. Pickle Pushers
