Introduction
This Freezing morning, 6 PAX joined me on another trip around the sun! Not only did we try to warm up we got a good sweat on!
Warm-O-Rama
Warm-up:
- SSH x 30
- Tappy taps x 10
- Ab Vigoda’s x10
- SSH x30
- Calf Stretch x15 sec each leg
- Thai Fighters x 10 each way
The Thang
Do 5 merkins and run 30 yards, down and back. Then do one of the lifts below. Once completed 5 merkins and run down and back. All the way down the list.
- 30 Curls
- 25 Chest Press
- 20 OHP
- 15 Squats
- 10 Lunges
- 5 Burpees
