Introduction

It’s cold. Really cold. Air temp was 11 degrees, however with the wind, ‘feels like’ temps were in the lower single digits. Took a different route to The Ridge in order to scout the school and pool parking lots, along with the running paths. School lot was clear, as were the roads, however the pool lot and paths were too slick for comfort. Time to pull an audible.

Circle of Trust

This weekend many of us enjoyed the F3 holiday gala. I particularly enjoy this event because rarely do we get to spend time with so many pax outside of the gloom. There were many new faces this year and hearing about everyone’s accomplishments and fitness goals for the upcoming year was very inspiring. I am looking forward to what this new year has in store for all of us and looking forward to celebrating in those milestones along side you. These conversation definitely provided a much needed spark and thought about ‘what’s next’.

Naked Man Moleskin

Running with so many layers to combat the cold definitely took a lot more time and effort than I had originally anticipated. Also, despite my best efforts to provide some tunes along the way, the cold had other intentions. The speaker cut out roughly half a mile into our journey.
