To save time,  we took a shortcut at the end of the ruck

Ruck thru Da Grizz and down the stairs

A quick stop to gather the PAX and do some squats

Moved onto the I&M canal trail heading north to the Lockport Train Station

After getting back to Da Grizz,  we cut straight up the hill to save time and finish exactly at 730
