Introduction

It was an unseasonably warm morning with a blanket of fog hanging over the AO.

Mosey to the sidewalk, then a champagne run (4 count w/ squats) east to the path, south to Renwick, east on Renwick to the path and back to the flags. 0.5 mile loop

The Thang

Starting in the lot by the flags, perform each of the 7 exercises below. Then, run a lap around the soccer fields stopping at each corner to do 3 burpees.

Naked Man Moleskin

I was super impressed with the men who posted this morning. Chum was pushing as the 12 and led the way. Juanita was zipping around dropping burpees like a pro and Bunny Hill (respect x2) kept the pace and showed that age is just a number.
