Circle of Trust
This is my 2nd RDG. 1st one i tired to always be pushing from the front. This time I still pushed myself but also took the opportunity to do slower EC Runs when PAX earlier in their fitness journey were looking for partners and trying things they have never accomplished before as an example. Being there for others and working out together and pushing myself where i could was more rewarding.
RDG is now over. Maintain good habits and keep coming out in all 3 phases but also reinvest some of that time from Hard Shits, and CSAUP’s etc back in to our families.
Naked Man Moleskin
After completion; we had a Hot Chocolate “cofeeteria” with all the fixings. Chocolate spoons; whipped cream, candy canes, marshmallows, and more to celebrate the end of RDG.
Thanks to all PAX who came out. Many we haven’t seen in ultimate football in a while (or ever) but these were some of the A+ players and teams were extremely fair and competitive. Well done PAX!
Tons of fun. Can’t wait to run it back in the future.
And special shout out to our SLT Emergency Training leads. You are doing great and preparing us well for a worst-case scenario should it ever happen.
