Circle of Trust

Having a mission statement isn’t only for organizations or places of employment. Finding your personal mission or your families mission gives your that Northern Star. More specifically, it provides the purpose to the task. Without purpose, progress can be made, but in what direction and with what efficiency? Have a purpose everytime, regardless of the task.

Naked Man Moleskin

Should have explained a few of the exercises better(Mucho Lego, Prisoner Squats) and CCD should have been CDD for Carolina Dry Docks ha!
