Introduction
The cold tested us yet again this morning but luckily for our pax I had a workout to keep them moving and warm!

The Thang
We did a ladder suicide workout with cones spread out every 25 yards. You started by running to cone 1 and back and then did 5 reps of the exercise. Then cone 2 and back with 10 reps. Then cone 3 and back for 15 reps. Cone 4 and back for 20 reps. Back to cone 3 and back for 15 reps. Cone 2 and back for 10 reps and we ended with cone 1 and 5 reps. We always picked up the 6 and no one moved on until we finished the ladder and exercise together.
Exercises were OHP, Squats, Curls, and Chest Press and we got in over 2 miles of running as well along with the 80 reps of each exercises.
Circle of Trust
Talked about how it takes 21 days to develop a habit. We are in week 5 of reindeer games and habits have been formed and the routine is there. Do not disappear and hide once the games end. Continue to build upon your habit with the men on your team, your new found friendships during EC, or your shield lock. Bottom line is Reindeer games is supposed to push you to build the habit and consistency of posting when it’s cold and tough to get out of bed. You have helped your team over these last 4 weeks so do not quit now. Use this acceleration to continue those habits and push your self to new limits. Winter is coming but we have already been doing hard things and now that posting is a habit the cold is just a mental obstacle that we can overcome.

Thanks to all the pax who pushed themselves today when it would have been easy to stay in bed. We all were consistently moving and the time went fast and we were warm and toasty by the end.
