Introduction

I had the honor of attending Peterbilt’s 72nd Birthday Q at The DMZ last Spring and he Q’d this CPR beatdown that left my arms sore for days. I decided to pass along the pain to anybody else that showed up to my Q.

 

I found one of Hackman’s old college pictures when he dressed up like Pamela Anderson in Baywatch and thought that might bring out dozens of PAX but it backfired on me!

Warm-O-Rama

  • Cross-arm stretch for 10 seconds each side while disclaimers were read
  • Arm Circles (IC x 10 forward and reverse)

The Thang

CPR (Chest, Press, Raise)

Combination of 3 Arm exercises with Coupons. Starting position like doing curls and done all together in a 6-Count cadence: 1 = “C”url, 2 = Overhead “P”ress, 3 = Tricep “R”aise (i.e. extension), 4 = back to OHP position, 5 = back to Curl position, 6 = back to resting position. Every minute on the minute increasing reps each minute up to 10 and then decreasing until we repeat 2 times. Rest period during remainder of each minute will consist of different exercises picked out by the PAX.

*Each minute will be peer led around the circle*

 

Mary: Bodies Hit the Floor (3:21)

This is done to the song Bodies by Drowning Pool (3:21). Start in plank position. When the song says “Let The Bodies Hit The Floor” do a Plank Jack (26 Total). When the song counts (1, 2, 3, 4) do a Merkin (21 Total). Always plank when not doing Plank Jacks or Merkins and never let your Bodies Hit The Floor.

Our arms were sore during this workout and it just amazes me how Peterbilt leads this CPR Mountain multiple times. Quite impressive Peterbilt!
