Introduction
Running is fun. Except when it’s not.
Warm-O-Rama
Hot start my friends!! EC was required. PAX did some stretching and we started rolling!
During the first half mile or so, we talked about safety for run club.
- post the route in the preblast so PAX know where they are when they go down
- Bring phones. make sure to have plenty of phones.
- If you suspect a woman is having a heart attack and you are putting the AED on her, “this is not the time for modesty.” shirt and bra come off. (I dont know why, but this point really stuck with me)
The Thang
We ran up through downtown plainfield. Ran some quick indian runs, pushed for a bit, came back for the six and got back to TC. Then we continued south to Fraiser road and did an out and back, finishing at the lot at 6am.
Circle of Trust
COT was about being in love with your wife. Remembering that young love feeling and continuing to enjoy it now. I think being in love is a choice. And its a great thing. love your M, cherish her, enjoy her, let your grevences go. and choose to be in love.
Foreclosures mamaw is back home. She’s still very sick, but at home. Prayers for peace and comfort for her and her family.
