At Pavillion do Coupon Exercise, run to cone at bottom of hill, 5 burpees, run to cone at top of hill do 5 burpees, run back to pavillion, rinse and repeat adding a new exercise each round

With 8 minutes left I had all pax go in the Pavillion and we did (10) reps of each exercise before heading back for Mary

The past 10 days to 2 weeks have been super stressful, mostly at work, some family issues outside my immediate family, some sick family members in my immediate family, in the past I havent necessarily dealt with the amount of stressors hitting me all at once very well. The last couple of years I have been picking up tools to put in my kit bag to help deal with stress……and honestly this coming out here, this group is one of my tools. I built this workout to mimick the stress I am going through. You have these exercises you have to do, and each round you add to it but still have to deal with the other exercises,,,,, This is life boys we all have stressors, we all have been through stressors when they come in waves, its how you deal with them, how you still function as the person you want to be is what seperates those that get through it easily and those that dont. I owe alot to this group, to these workouts, without you I am not sure if I ever learn the right way to deal with the chaos I have been going through. My whole goal today was to come out here and push myself to physical exhaustion, I feel I have accomplished this, its like a reset, get the mind right, start fresh and attack each problem one at a time. Thank you gentlemen. Im not spell checking this so deal with that….LMAO
